Specialty at the grill: Human Relations: ensuring the health of the collective aspect of our business, doing my best to make sure our members and workers are happy here, cooperative development and communication (learning from others and sharing our lessons), conflict mediation, and group process!

Other fun hobbies/info about me: Strong background in student and community organizing. Love to do facilitation. Want to put an end to Mountaintop Removal Strip Mining and systemic oppression. I ride a bike like it is going out of style (though it totally isn’t!) and hope to make Harrisonburg a bicycle friendly city!
